According to a study by financial news outlet PYMNTS, “23% of Gen Z'ers used a card-linked offer program for specific products in the last 12 months, and 22% used it for merchants. [T]hey represent a potential target for long-term relationships with brands. By offering personalized rewards and relevant card-linked offers, brands can attract and engage Gen Z consumers, driving loyalty and increasing sales.”

The report goes on to highlight that interest in card-linked offers is particularly high among top spenders, with 40% of consumers with children and 39% of millennials expressing a strong likelihood of using them during the key retail spending seasons.
